Laws are strict to Real Estate on Waterbodies

To prevent construction on water bodies by individual/builder

Tamilnadu government facing difficulties nowadays on flood in cities due to occupation of waterbodies by buildings and other occupation, so there is truly a need to protect this problem. on that way Madras High court ruled that no more approval should be given on any water bodies for layout/individual. Also it even included in approval of EB line water connection and so on.

Lets all of us wish that this rule to be follow strictly by officers

If not if so that the officers given approval to individual/builder it will be considered as crime , the court ruled
